About Klarity
Tldr on us: Series B, $91M raised, 7x growth last year.

Digital Transformation gave rise to a $600B consulting Industry. AI Transformation will be 10x bigger and will be delivered through agents. We built that.

Our AI discovers how work actually happens across every team and application, Structures it into a living Context Graph, and Improves it continuously.

ServiceNow mapped 900+ processes in 9 days. DoorDash captured 3,800+ finance operations in 14 weeks. That's not a project. That's compounding intelligence.

OpenAI, Google, DoorDash, and Stripe use Klarity to transform how they transform. We shipped GPT-4 document chat within 12 hours of OpenAI's API launch.

We move fast, reward agency, and care deeply about our customers, our team, and our mission.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who is early in their career but already has sharp product instincts and the technical foundations to bring ideas to life. You'll work alongside senior engineers and product leaders, owning meaningful pieces of features from customer insight through production, and growing fast in an environment that rewards ownership.

Who You Are
  • A PM with strong technical foundations — You've shipped products with real complexity. You read architecture diagrams, ask smart questions in eng discussions, and write specs that don't require translation.

  • Customer-obsessed and discovery-driven — Relentless about getting in front of customers. You turn qualitative signal into structured insight and challenge internal assumptions with real evidence.

  • An AI-native product thinker — You've built or owned features powered by LLMs, ML pipelines, or AI-driven automation. You understand the product tradeoffs of probabilistic systems.

  • Outcome-oriented — You define success metrics before you start building. You instrument, analyze, and iterate.

  • A clear communicator — You can align engineering, design, and leadership on a shared direction. You write specs that people actually read and act on.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in product management or product engineering. B2B SaaS or AI platform experience strongly preferred.

How You Operate
  • Product & UX Taste — You identify what is wrong with a product experience without being told. You make design decisions that users describe as obvious in hindsight. You consistently distinguish between what users say and what they need.

  • AI-Native Velocity — You operate at the bleeding edge of AI within the product function — prototyping, gathering customer feedback, running analytics, and automating your own workflows. You design AI features that account for model failure modes, non-determinism, and evaluation needs. You ship meaningful work weekly and use AI tools to move at a pace that would be impossible manually.

  • Ships to Outcomes — You own delivery end-to-end. You use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to build working prototypes independently and validate product directions with real artifacts — you don't wait for engineering capacity to test an idea. The bar is not shipping production-grade code; it is expressing product ideas in working, shippable form.

  • Communication — You communicate clearly in both writing and speech — with internal stakeholders and directly with customers. You create high-quality written artifacts: specs, triage summaries, customer-facing documents. You compress ambiguous customer and stakeholder input into clear, prioritized direction. You translate technical constraints into business language and vice versa without losing fidelity.

What You'll Do
  • Speak directly with many customers and customer executives to understand their needs

  • Prototype and rapidly iterate on your product ideas

  • Own meaningful pieces of product features from discovery through shipping, with real accountability for outcomes

  • Partner with engineering and design to write clear specs and make fast, principled decisions

  • Drive AI-native product development — own features built on LLMs, set user expectations, design feedback loops

  • Define success metrics, build dashboards, and close the loop on everything shipped

About Our Culture and Team

We move fast, care deeply, and take real ownership. Our values — agency, care, velocity, energy — show up in how we work, not just what we say. The team is organized into pods where individuals own problems end-to-end rather than working on isolated tasks.

We think the lines between design, engineering, and product are already blurring — and we hire people who want to develop across all three. The team eats together every day, plays ping pong, and regularly spends time together outside of work.

Benefits:
  • Equity in addition to competitive cash compensation

  • 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision options!

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • $500 Annual Learning Fund

  • $100 Monthly Wellness Fund

  • 401k via Betterment

  • Relocation support to San Francisco Bay Area (where applicable)

  • Office-related Perks:

    • BART or Caltrain to the office?: Contribute pre-tax funds to a Parking & Transit account, and you will never be taxed for it!

    • Lunchtime, Leveled Up: Enjoy curated local eats delivered to the office daily to enjoy with an entertaining team

    • Snack Central: Drinks and snacks for every craving - from healthy bites to Klarity team favorites.

    • Onsite Gym Access: A state-of-the-art fitness center right downstairs, and it’s free!

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
