About the Role:

As a Technical Product Marketing Manager at Bloomreach, you support go-to-market activities for technical platform launches, search and strategic ISV partnerships (Databricks, AWS, GCP, Snowflake). This role is designed for someone who is passionate about building rapidly scaling products with partners, who is agentic-minded, and excited to work at the intersection of technology and marketing. If you’re someone who gets fired up about how MCPs unlock new product possibilities, who can read a technical spec and translate it into a compelling story for a commercial audience then this role is for you.

You'll work closely alongside other experienced product marketers — contributing to our technical platform and partnership narrative. This is a high-visibility position on a team shaping Bloomreach's platform and partner strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic ISV Partnerships GTM (AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
  • Own the go-to-market motion for Bloomreach's technical partnerships. You'll develop joint positioning, support marketplace listings, help coordinate co-marketing activities, and build the collateral sales teams need to co-sell effectively with these partners. You'll be the day-to-day PMM point of contact for these partnership programs.

Technical Platform Launches

  • Own go-to-market execution for technical product launches end-to-end. This means building a compelling story, tiering, milestone planning, internal communication, sales enablement, and post-launch evaluation. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering to understand technical details and translate them into clear, customer-facing messaging. Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-mortems with real learnings.

API & Agentic Narrative Support

  • Contribute to Bloomreach's API and agentic platform story. You'll work alongside senior PMMs to build materials that help technical buyers — developers, architects, and IT leaders — understand what's possible with the Bloomreach platform. This includes supporting our search and product discovery narrative and helping connect technical capabilities to customer value. An understanding of (or strong curiosity about) agentic AI architectures and MCP frameworks is a significant plus.

Customer Storylines & Sales Enablement

  • Support the team in building the materials that help sales and internal teams talk about Bloomreach's platform credibly and compellingly. This includes field-ready assets like talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, and technical integration briefs — maintained, versioned, and actually used. You'll collaborate with the Enablement team to develop training content and monitor what's landing in the field.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales, CS, and Marketing to execute launches and GTM programs on time and to a high standard. Run a light project-health cadence to track owners, risks, and dependencies — and proactively flag when things need unblocking.

Other Duties

  • Take on other job-related tasks in support of PMM and business objectives as assigned. Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Up to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or a closely related field — ideally at a SaaS or AI company.
  • OR equivalent experience in a technical role (engineering, product management, solutions architecture) with a strong desire to move into marketing and storytelling.
  • Experience working with technology partners to jointly build and launch products, features and go-to-market sales motions.
  • API/MCP fluent: you understand how agentic architectures work and how technical platforms deliver value for customers and partners. You're genuinely excited about the shift toward agentic and AI-driven architectures. You won't write code every day, but you need to be comfortable reading documentation and talking to engineers.
  • Strong writing skills: you can make complex technical concepts accessible without losing the precision that technical buyers expect. Clarity is your superpower.
  • Collaborative and proactive: you thrive in cross-functional environments, take ownership without being asked, and communicate clearly when you're stuck.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, marketing, business, or a technical field preferred.
  • Experience working with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or other agentic AI tools in Marketing workflows would be a significant plus.
Example Milestones (First Months)

Month 1 — Learn the landscape

Shadow senior PMMs on active launches and partnership programs. Get deeply familiar with the Bloomreach platform, Search, and the Loomi/AI narrative. Meet your key stakeholders in Product, Partnerships, and Sales.

Months 1–2 — First launch ownership

Take ownership of your first technical product launch end-to-end — with support. Deliver a messaging brief, coordinate the internal communication plan, and produce the sales enablement assets.

Month 3 — Partnership GTM ownership

Take the wheel on AWS, GCP, and Snowflake partnership GTM. Establish a regular cadence with partner teams and deliver an updated joint positioning document for each.

Month 6 — Reflect and raise the bar

Deliver a post-mortem on your first major launch and present learnings to the broader team. Contribute a chapter to Bloomreach's API/agentic narrative. Have a clear point of view on where your partnerships are heading and what needs to change.
