Technical Product Operations Specialist IV

itD is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist IV to drive program execution, data-driven decision-making, and technical process improvements across multiple products and platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical product operations, program management, SQL analytics, AI-assisted workflows, and data visualization, with a proven track record of managing multiple workstreams and delivering measurable operational improvements.

Location: Remote US; hybrid opportunities available in NYC, Menlo Park, DC, or Seattle.

Number of Positions: 2
Estimated Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Through December 31, 2026, with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives, accelerating delivery, and improving product outcomes through technical and programmatic solutions.
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries using CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations to analyze product data and identify actionable trends and insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively and support real-time business decision-making.
  • Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive processes, and prototype solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks by using data and critical thinking to anticipate roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issues toward resolution.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, strengthen execution, and deliver program objectives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently while maintaining strong organization, documentation, communication, and execution standards.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technical product operations, or program management.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
  • Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, or improve productivity.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, detailed documentation, and automated workflows.
  • Proven experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to use data to identify, anticipate, and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive programs forward with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience supporting product operations teams, particularly within large technology organizations.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development, vibe coding, low-code/no-code prototyping, or AI-generated code.
  • Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.
  • Background in quality assurance, triage operations, ML/AI validation, or product testing.
  • Experience developing and implementing manual or automated test strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
