Product Roadmap: Requirements, Prep & Approvals
- Build and maintain a clear product roadmap.
- Gather and consolidate product requirements from services teams and customers.
- Keep customer context, use cases, and specifications prepared in advance of each engineering cycle.
- Secure leadership sign-off ahead of time so engineering is never blocked waiting on approvals.
Product Documentation & Release Notes
- Own and maintain release notes and product documentation for every feature shipped.
- Capture the caveats for each release - intended behavior, known limitations, and misuse risks - in partnership with engineering, at release time.
Roadmap & Leadership Reporting
- Publish regular (monthly) progress reports to leadership summarizing engineering achievements and delivery status.
