About X:

X is Alphabet’s moonshot factory with a mission of inventing and launching “moonshot” technologies that could someday make the world a radically better place. We are a diverse group of inventors and entrepreneurs who build and launch technologies that aim to improve the lives of millions, even billions, of people. Our goal: 10x impact on the world’s most intractable problems, not just 10% improvement. We approach projects that have the aspiration and riskiness of research with the speed and ambition of a startup. As an innovation engine, X focuses on repeatedly turning breakthrough-technology ideas into the foundations for large, sustainable businesses.

About the Team

We’re X’s moonshot for the global supply chain, applying AI to reduce waste, fragility, and inefficiency. We’re an agile team of experienced AI researchers, software engineers, and entrepreneurs working with visionary partners and customers around the world to make sure everyone has sustainable and reliable access to the food, medicine, clothing, and other goods and services they need.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about revolutionizing the global supply chain to join us at this critical growth stage. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that has the agility and impact of an early stage company, while building on world-class Google AI technology.

About the role

As a TPM (Deployment Strategist), you will drive the implementation of cutting-edge Enterprise AI, agents, and GenAI products. This role requires a unique balance of high-level strategic vision and hands-on, tactical execution. You will deliver AI-native capabilities to large enterprise customers, driving 10X economic impact and completely reimagining supply chain management (SCM). Serving as the critical bridge between internal engineering teams, enterprise clients, and daily end-users, you will ensure seamless integrations, high adoption rates, and successful launches. You will collaborate directly with senior leaders while staying anchored to the ground truth of the user experience in this highly strategic, customer-facing role.

How you will have 10X impact

  • Drive the end-to-end AI deployment roadmap, from initial scoping and technical architecture design to full-scale enterprise rollout and user adoption.
  • Serve as the critical bridge between internal engineering teams and external enterprise clients, translating complex SCM business requirements into highly effective AI-native workflows and agent integrations.
  • Navigate complex enterprise IT environments and orchestrate seamless integrations with legacy systems, data pipelines, and APIs to accelerate time-to-value and get the product into users' hands faster.
  • Roll up your sleeves to clear technical hurdles, aligning with cross-functional teams and troubleshooting directly alongside end-users to guarantee an on-time, flawless launch.
  • Establish tight, continuous feedback loops between enterprise customers and core AI product teams, leveraging ground-truth user data to improve model performance, agentic capabilities, and the overall product.
  • Proactively refine deployment strategies with a relentless bias toward action, getting your hands dirty to solve real-time technical challenges, remove friction, and unblock progress.
  • Approach every deployment with a deep ownership mindset, taking the initiative to see high-stakes, transformative AI projects through to resolution and measurable economic ROI.

What you should have:

  • BS or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of customer-facing experience in program/project management, forward deployments, or equivalent roles such as technology consulting.
  • Proven track record deploying Enterprise AI software or complex SaaS products to large, external enterprise customers.
  • A track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects to enterprise clients where outcomes depend on tight coordination and fast decision-making across multiple work-streams.
  • Broad familiarity with the modern AI tech stack, including agents, machine learning, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Practical, hands-on experience navigating APIs, data ingestion, data validation, and related technical integration processes.
  • Strong leadership presence—polished, credible, and comfortable representing the company to senior leaders, while remaining highly effective at working directly with end-users.
  • Demonstrable ability to thrive and execute quickly in a high-velocity environment of change and uncertainty.

It’d be great if you also had these:

  • Deep domain expertise or practical experience working within supply chain, procurement, logistics, or transportation.
  • Advanced technical, business, or SCM degree.
