As a technical program manager at bob you will play a key role in managing complex projects in R&D as well as help shaping the way teams are working.
Job Requirements
Skills and experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management in the software industry.
  • Profound experience with SCRUM framework and Agile implementation.
  • Proven strong execution skills of large scale, cross functional projects.
  • Work independently, take charge and influence program success.
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving approach while using data driven analytical thinking.
  • Be flexible and be ready to get out of your comfort zone.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English both written and verbal.

Advantage
  • Experience in building a product from scratch
  • PMP Certification

Job Responsibilities
  • Be part of a multinational group leadership team building a new product within bob.
  • Project manage one or more large technical, cross functional projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders to increase transparency and visibility of the projects.
  • Use Agile mindset and continuous improvement approach to support and improve the development lifecycle working closely with tech and product teams.
  • Continuously find ways to improve the methodologies and processes in R&D looking broadly on the company level.
