Voxel is building the future of Computer Vision and Machine Learning for operations, risk, and safety. We use computer vision and AI to enable existing security cameras to automatically detect hazards and high-risk activities, keep people safe and drive operational efficiencies. Our technology addresses the key cost drivers for workers’ compensation, general liability, and property damage, which cost US employers over $500 billion annually.

As we quickly scale, we need a Staff+ TPM to raise our operating pace, sharpen our focus, and help us adapt to evolving priorities.

This is a Chief of Staff role to the CTO, responsible for the entire Engineering Operating System. You will directly shape how engineering scales and delivers.

What you’ll do

  • Design and run a world-class, high-velocity delivery system across Engineering, working seamlessly with Product and Customer Success.

  • Keep priorities clear and current. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama.

  • Identify and eliminate organizational friction, process breakdowns, and technical debt that impede delivery velocity across the organization.

  • Act as the source of clarity for all priorities. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama. Help shape roadmaps based on customer needs, impact, and constraints.

  • Use data, dashboards, and automation to surface risks, measure delivery, and eliminate systemic pain.

  • Help shape roadmaps and timing based on customer needs, impact, and constraints.

  • Act as a force multiplier for engineering leadership, maintaining org-wide focus and hard prioritization.

What success looks like

  • Engineering delivers high-quality impact with a fast, predictable cadence.

  • Priorities are clear; trade-offs are managed smoothly; delivery risks are handled early.

  • The CTO and engineering leaders have leverage, clarity, and time to think strategically.

What we’re looking for

  • Senior TPM experience in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

  • Exceptional business and technical judgment to identify the highest-leverage activities, know when to intervene and unblock, and advise leadership on complex trade-offs.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially in unclear situations.

  • Expert use of data, dashboards, and automation to drive clarity and change.

  • Ownership, low ego, strong bias for action, and sound judgment that elevates the team.

Level and logistics

  • Target level: L6–L7 (exceptional L5 considered)

  • Location: San Francisco (in-person)
