We are seeking a high-impact Technical Program Manager to operate at enterprise scale — leading global retail technology programs while driving a company-wide AI-Augmented SDLC transformation.

You will oversee multi-region engineering programs, align executive stakeholders, and modernize how global retail platforms are built, delivered, and scaled.

Requirements
  • 8+ years in Technical Program Management at enterprise scale.
  • Deep experience in retail technology (e-commerce, omnichannel, order management, customer platforms).
  • Proven track record managing global, distributed engineering organizations.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-product technology transformations.
  • Strong command of modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Deep familiarity with microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or enterprise AI enablement initiatives strongly preferred.

Bonus:

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise commerce platforms.
  • Experience driving measurable productivity transformation initiatives.

Benefits

This is a contract role. The hourly rate for this position will be in the range of $75.00/hour. The actual pay will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications. The range is subject to change.
