About the Role 

We are seeking a strong Technical Project Manager with a track record of building and maintaining complex software platforms, tools and processes that deliver new end-to-end experiences.  You will be managing cross-functional projects spanning software development, AI solutions, and enterprise delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure projects are executed with precision - on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. 

The ideal candidate combines a strong technical foundation with exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, efficient processes, and successful product delivery. 

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and drive early engagements on product architecture, feature definition and program execution through collaboration with all stakeholder organizations relevant to a project. 

  • Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Manage risks and mitigations, and re- plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams. Identify and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks that could impact delivery. 

  • Drive on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates  

  • Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team 

  • Foster transparent communication between global teams across engineering, product, QA, and operations. 

  • Track metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and continuously improve processes. 

  • Would need to be on site in Palo Alto office at least 3 days a week. 

Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably within enterprise software, AI, or SaaS environments. 

  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced organizations. 

  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand software development, system integration, and cloud-based technologies. 

  • Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design tradeoffs 

  • Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and influence 

  • Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance and draft and present deliverables, recommendations and strategies 

  • Proficiency in Agile, SDLC development processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence. 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA or Masters degree is a plus). 

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience in AI, platform development, or conversational technology 

  • Familiarity with large-scale, distributed systems and modern software development practices 

  • Background working with geographically distributed teams and enterprise clients

Hiring Range:

$154,400 - $212,300 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement,  pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
