- Serve as the primary delivery interface with internal engineering and program office on the execution of the program, compiling metrics on program health and status
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical plans in partnership with engineering, ensuring alignment with engineering architecture and mission needs.
- Participate in architectural discussions, highlighting risks, identifying gaps, and ensuring decisions support delivery timelines, security posture, and system reliability.
- Manage and resolve cross-team dependencies across engineering, production, security and program office; maintain a real-time dependency map for all initiatives.
- Track program performance using execution metrics (velocity, predictability, defect trends, release readiness) and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, tradeoffs, and blockers; escalate and recommend decisions when schedule, scope, or resources misalign.
- Thrive in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment, creating structure, clarity, and alignment where needed.
- Maintain program dashboards ensuring key stakeholders have the most up to date information available to inform decisions.
Required Qualifications

- Strong technical understanding of a relevant space defense system (satellites, missile, rockets, engines, etc.)
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes and software lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical partners, including government stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if not already held.

- Experience working classified DoW programs or relevant background
- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
