About Eudia

Eudia is a high-growth AI startup on a mission to transform legal work through Augmented Intelligence - pairing advanced AI with human expertise to supercharge legal teams. Our platform helps Fortune 500 corporate legal departments move faster, manage risk, and transform the legal function from a cost center into a strategic advantage.

Eudia is trusted by some of the world’s most demanding organizations, including Cargill, ServiceNow, DHL, Bayer, Duracell, Dolby, Indeed, OpenAI, the U.S. Air Force, Best Buy, Asana, Dropbox, LinkedIn, , Citi, Etsy, Novelis, Pure Storage, Del Monte, Cox, PetSmart, Udemy, and many more across regulated and high-stakes industries.

Backed by General Catalyst (Hemant Taneja, Marc Bhargava), Floodgate (Mike Maples), Sierra Ventures (Tim Guleri), and leading individual investors including Gokul Rajaram and Prof. Chris Ré (Stanford), Eudia is building deeply technical AI platforms for risk-sensitive environments where accuracy, security, and trust are non-negotiable.

We believe the future of legal work lies in AI augmenting human expertise, not replacing it, and we are assembling a world-class team to make that future a reality.

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Technical Programs Lead to work directly with Eudia’s CTO and leadership team to drive execution on critical initiatives across product, AI, engineering, and partnerships.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on turning strategy into outcomes ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has a strong bias for execution.

You’ll play a central role in scaling our team, improving operational clarity, and ensuring that what matters most gets done.

What You’ll Own

Program Ownership & Execution

  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Translate company-level strategy and leadership priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, and operating frameworks.
  • Define and run operating rhythms including goal setting, progress tracking, reviews, and delivery accountability.
  • Proactively identify execution risks and blockers, driving alignment and resolution to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Act as a force multiplier across teams by maintaining clarity, urgency, and execution discipline.

Hiring & Talent Strategy

  • Own end-to-end hiring execution across product, engineering, and design in close partnership with functional leaders.
  • Define role scopes, success profiles, and hiring plans aligned with near-term execution needs and long-term org design.
  • Run structured interview loops, candidate evaluation frameworks, and high-quality candidate experiences from sourcing through offer.
  • Conduct targeted research and outbound outreach to identify and engage high-signal candidates.
  • Ensure hiring decisions are data-informed, consistent, and aligned with Eudia’s bar for talent density.

CTO & Leadership Enablement

  • Partner closely with the CTO to optimize time allocation, meeting preparation, and prioritization.
  • Track decisions, action items, and follow-ups from key leadership forums to ensure consistent execution.
  • Translate leadership intent into concrete plans and ownership across teams.
  • Serve as a trusted execution partner for senior leadership, ensuring focus on the highest-impact initiatives.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Design and implement internal programs, rituals, and processes that improve clarity, accountability, and operating cadence.
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up for senior and critical hires to accelerate impact.
  • Partner with People Ops to scale hiring, onboarding, and performance processes as the organization grows.
  • Reinforce alignment, execution velocity, and operational rigor across a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

Execution & Operations Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in execution-heavy roles such as business operations, program management, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff-style positions.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working closely with senior technical and business leaders on high-stakes priorities.

Hiring & Talent Acumen

  • Strong hiring instincts with hands-on experience running end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, and high-bar hiring practices.
  • Ability to identify high-signal talent through research, sourcing, and outbound engagement.

Communication & Judgment

  • Clear, concise communicator with strong writing, organizational, and synthesis skills.
  • High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity where none exists.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information and leadership-level work.

Working Style & Location

  • Bias toward action, follow-through, and execution excellence.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-trust startup environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Palo Alto and collaborate closely with leadership and core teams.

Why Join Eudia?

At Eudia, you’ll join a mission-driven team shaping the future of legal work. In this role, you will operate with meaningful autonomy and real ownership, partnering closely with leadership to drive high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution. Your work will directly influence how teams operate, scale, and deliver outcomes in a fast-growing, high-trust environment.
