You'll work directly with founders and executive leadership to manage a portfolio of ecommerce projects, onboard clients, contribute to product strategy, launch new capabilities, improve customer experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. Position Details
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, product, design, data, and customer success teams. This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple cross-functional initiatives while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, within budget and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead multiple concurrent technology and digital initiatives from planning through deployment.
- Manage onboarding of clients, continued support of clients on platform
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Manage project scope while balancing competing priorities.
- Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and executive status reviews and reporting
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, product, UX/UI, marketing, sales, operations, clients and executive leadership.
- Ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood by technical teams.
- Coordinate third-party vendors and technology partners when applicable.
- Remove roadblocks that prevent teams from delivering on schedule.
Technical Delivery
- Work closely with software developers to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
- Understand APIs, integrations, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development practices.
- Coordinate software releases and production deployments.
- Assist with QA planning, UAT testing, and release readiness.
Implement Agile Project Management
- Develop project management plans and implement processes
- Manage Agile ceremonies and sprint execution.
- Implement metrics
- Maintain Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
- Track velocity, burndown, sprint completion, and project health metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular project updates to executives and clients.
- Set realistic expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build trusted relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Improve project governance and operational efficiency.
- Standardize documentation, workflows, and reporting.
- Introduce best practices for planning, communication, and execution.
- Help scale project management processes as the company grows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–7 years of technical project management experience.
- Experience managing software development projects, especially in e-commerce environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with engineering teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification.
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, digital marketing technology, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, web technologies, and system integrations.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments.

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Base salary of $95,000–$105,000, depending on experience and demonstrated impact
- Annual performance bonus
