The Mission

Accelerate client onboarding and operational execution. You will bridge client success and core engineering by utilizing Al workflows to rapidly prototype, configure, and launch custom client experiences without compromising core platform stability. 

 

The Opportunity

Founded by industry veterans with a surging book of business, we are assembling a tech-forward Founding Trio in Woodland Hills, CA to accelerate our growth:

  • Growth Product Manager
  • Technical Program Manager
  • Founding Lead Engineer

Collaborating directly alongside our founders, this team will leverage Al to compress client rollout cycles while rapidly scaling our core e-commerce platform. Seed funded with strong market validation, we offer competitive equity, so our founding partners build and share directly in our long-term success.

 

Opening: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

  • Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid / On-site with Founders)
  • Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 + Equity

     

Core Responsibilities

  • Rapid Client Deployment: Lead technical onboarding workflows for enterprise clients, managing integrations, content migration, and tailored front-end setups.
  • Al Tooling & Prototyping: Leverage Al development assistants and automated pipelines to rapidly configure client-facing assets, matching client brand standards while maintaining backend standardization.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Own sprint planning, client rollout schedules, project portfolio planning, portfolio reporting and technical deliverables between product, engineering, and external executive partners.
  • Feedback Loop Standardization: Synthesize recurring client deployment requirements into actionable platform feature requests for the core engineering team.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Implementation Manager, or Solutions Engineer in SaaS/tech.
  • Working technical knowledge of modern web technology (APls, webhooks, CMS structures, HTML/CSS/JS basics).
  • Experience utilizing modern Al workflows, LLM tools, or rapid prototyping frameworks to accelerate technical execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of managing enterprise client relationships and senior engineering stakeholders.
  • On-site availability in Woodland Hills, CA to collaborate closely with leadership.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in PropTech, e-commerce onboarding, or SaaS enterprise software integrations.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and project management tooling (Jira,
Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, Linear, GitHub, Notion).
  • Strong technical background (e.g., Computer Science degree or developer background turned technical program manager).
