Technical Project Manager – Centific Data Collections
Role Summary:
Centific is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the execution of onsite data collection projects within the Quality & Engineering team. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The TPM will design and implement project data pipelines with quality embedded at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for AI/ML, data collection, and software development projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Drive E2E QA plans, coordinating with engineering, data science, QAs, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to internal leadership and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with Centific’s data security, privacy, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in AI, data, or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Salary: $100k - $110k
