The is a contractor role, with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $35 USD/hour. Hours are expected to average around 20 hours per week, but will fluctuate based on needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building Bitovi’s nearshore pipeline. You’ll partner with our hiring and delivery teams to find, engage, and close top technical talent across Mexico, and Latin America.

  • Proactive communication and data-driven decisions
 About You

You’re a connector and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You understand what great tech talent looks like and the strategies for finding it.

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Have experience working with U.S.-based companies
  • Know the Mexican tech market and compensation trends
  • Are fluent in English
  • Take ownership, move fast, and communicate clearly
  • Enjoy representing a brand at career events, hackathons, and meetups

We’re a remote-first company that values autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll work with a collaborative, supportive team and have the opportunity to directly impact our growth in the nearshore region.
