  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, calibrating on role requirements, interview structure, and ideal profiles

  • Deliver outstanding candidate experiences, ensuring timely communication, clarity in process, and a high-touch approach from start to finish

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record hiring technical roles in a high-growth or startup environment

  • Comfort using or experimenting with AI tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, screening, or interview coordination

  • Ability to move fast, operate autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with urgency

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when engaging technical talent

  • Highly organized, data-aware, and committed to continuously improving the recruiting process

  • A collaborative spirit with strong judgment, discretion, and an eye for long-term team building

  • Exposure to tools like Ashby, ChatGPT, Juicebox, or other AI-native recruiting tools

  • Technical acumen or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field is a plus

What We Offer
  • The base salary range for this role is $150K – $180K, depending on experience, location, and level. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for meaningful equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package

  • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision for employees and dependents

  • 401(k) with additional perks (e.g., commuter benefits, in‑office lunch)

  • Access to state‑of‑the‑art models, generous usage of modern AI tools, and real‑world business problems
