Who We Need

We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and drive our engineering and technical hiring strategy. This role requires a technical recruiting expert who can partner with engineering leadership to build exceptional product and engineering teams, navigate complex technical requirements, and attract top-tier talent in highly competitive markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technical roles across the full stack, from junior engineers to distinguished technical leaders, and a proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering organizations.

While we offer flexible work arrangements, we're building our presence in the San Francisco Bay Area and seek candidates who can work hybrid (in-office at least 2 days per week) or are open to relocating.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with engineering managers and technical leads to execute recruiting strategies and support hiring plans for software engineering, data, and technical roles

  • Source and engage technical talent through multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, and referrals, while building pipelines for current and upcoming technical openings

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including coordinating technical interviews and coding assessments while ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects our engineering culture

  • Provide market insights to hiring managers and candidates on compensation trends, role expectations, and competitive landscape to support successful hiring outcomes

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, including at least 2 years recruiting for engineering roles in startups, scale-ups, or agencies serving tech clients

  • Ability to balance multiple requisitions across different technical disciplines—from software engineers to data roles—while maintaining quality and meeting hiring goals

  • Demonstrated success recruiting for core technical roles such as software engineers (backend/frontend/full-stack), data engineers, and technical managers, with an understanding of what strong technical talent looks like at different experience levels

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect authentically with technical candidates and build trust with engineering hiring managers

  • Comfortable using recruiting metrics and data to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and communicate results to stakeholders
