In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to design data-driven and creative talent strategies, identify top-tier technical talent, and scale high-impact teams across multiple regions.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from deep technical sourcing and candidate engagement to offer strategy and closing, while collaborating with recruiters and stakeholders across offices.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML engineers, data scientists, platform engineers, product managers, designers, and other business functions, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven and highly technical roles
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-informed sourcing strategies, translating role requirements into precise target profiles and talent maps
  • Proactively identify and engage passive AI and technical talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, Google, AngelList, research publications, open-source communities, and other advanced sourcing channels
  • Conduct initial technical and behavioral screens, assessing candidates’ technical depth, problem-solving ability, and alignment with AI-driven products
  • Partner closely with third-party recruiting agencies to calibrate role expectations, evaluate candidate quality, and optimize pipeline efficiency
  • Drive the offer process end-to-end, including offer strategy, compensation discussions, negotiations, and closing
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and data integrity, leveraging recruiting metrics and insights to provide regular, data-centric updates to hiring managers and leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting partners across regions to share best practices and continuously improve AI hiring outcomes

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably supporting AI, ML, data, or platform engineering roles in tech, media, or internet companies
  • Hands-on experience sourcing, engaging, and closing passive technical and AI talent
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and systems, including ATS platforms, data tracking/reporting tools, and collaboration software (e.g., Workable, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and hire talent from top-tier technology or AI-focused companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-regional or global teams
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in both in-house and agency environments
  • Background supporting high-growth startups or AI-driven product teams
