The Opportunity
As Iru scales its R&D organization, we’re bringing on a Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys working deeply with engineers, product leaders, and technical stakeholders. You’ll run full-cycle searches across Engineering, Product, Design, Security, and Infrastructure, helping us hire the builders shaping Iru’s platform. What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Technical roles from intake to offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build aligned hiring plans
- Source, engage, and nurture high-caliber talent through outbound strategies, platforms, and networking
- Manage candidate pipelines with urgency and consistency
- Conduct structured interviews and provide thoughtful, actionable evaluation notes
- Drive a polished candidate experience that reflects Iru’s culture and onsite Miami environment
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless coordination
- Track and report key recruiting metrics
- Maintain process consistency across ATS workflows
- Flex quickly as priorities shift—supporting new searches, refining processes, and filling urgent roles as needed
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/security-focused environment
- Proven success hiring for engineering-heavy roles, such as backend, systems, infra, security, SRE, QA/automation, product, or design
- Genuine curiosity about technology and ability to understand and articulate skills (e.g., programming languages, system design fundamentals, cloud/SRE concepts)
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and product leaders
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Required to work on-site 3x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).
