Role Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter at Traba, you will play a critical role in building the foundation of our technology teams—Engineering, Product, and Design. Leveraging your extensive experience in technical recruitment, you will identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent to drive our innovative efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Technical Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for senior-level technical roles, focusing on identifying and hiring top talent for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement advanced sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates, including those with niche skill sets.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide strategic recruitment insights, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.

  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, reflecting Traba’s commitment to excellence.

  • Employer Branding: Champion Traba’s culture and values within the tech community, positioning us as an employer of choice for top technical talent.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance our recruitment processes, incorporating industry best practices and leveraging data to drive decisions.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for senior-level Engineering roles. Startup and/or agency experience preferred.

  • Strong background in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition, with experience in identifying candidates with a range of technical expertise.

  • In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape, current market trends, and the ability to engage with senior-level technical professionals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to executing recruitment processes.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Salary Range Details

The compensation range for this position is set between $120,000 and $180,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. We also offer a highly competitive equity package designed to ensure you share meaningfully in the long-term success and upside of the business.

The position is based onsite in New York City, five days per week, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Being in person supports real-time decision-making, stronger teamwork, and the kind of creative problem-solving that drives meaningful impact.
