What You’ll Work On
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for our technical teams, from role kickoff through offer acceptance, with full accountability for hitting hiring goals

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates, with a focus on Research and AI talent

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers to define what "excellent" looks like for each role and align on skills, team fit, and hiring bar

  • Build and enhance Fastino's employer brand within the research and AI community to showcase our mission, culture, and values to candidates

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates to continuously refine our process and improve quality of hire

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

  • Proven success sourcing and closing mid- and senior-level engineering candidates, ideally those working on GenAI or LLMs

  • Strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach to driving process improvements and operating with autonomy

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly distill complex information.

  • Skilled negotiator with strong knowledge of today’s technical talent market.
