What you'll be doing:
- Own full 360 recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product roles across global teams.
- Partner with technical hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team structures, and the specific competencies that matter for each hire.
- Source and engage passive and active talent through multiple channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, AI/ML communities, referrals, and beyond.
- Screen candidates for technical depth and culture fit; coordinate take-home assessments, technical interviews, and system design or ML-specific evaluation stages.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and closing ensuring a competitive and compelling candidate experience throughout.
- Use data and metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies, pipeline health, and time-to-hire.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with all candidates, ensuring a transparent and positive recruiting experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives targeted at technical and AI/ML audiences: tech talks, hackathons, and community presence.
What you’ll need:
- 4–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within fast-paced, international, or start-up environments.
- Proven track record hiring for software engineering roles and for AI, ML, and Data Science positions: you know what a strong ML Engineer looks like on paper and in conversation.
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, AngelList, and relevant AI/ML communities.
- Familiarity with technical assessment formats: take-home tasks, live coding sessions, system design rounds, and ML model evaluation interviews.
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
