We are entering the foundation phase and are looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This is In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and consulting positions, including ERP (SAP, Workday, Coupa), Cloud, AI/Data Analytics, Digital, and Salesforce roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver top talent for global client engagements.
The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — with a focus on high-quality candidate experience and business outcomes. This role requires expertise in technical hiring, staffing for both contract and permanent roles, and leveraging sourcing tools and recruitment platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting roles across ERP, Cloud, AI, Digital, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategy.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments, panel interviews, and client submissions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring staffing and permanent needs.
- Negotiate offers, contracts, and pay rates with candidates and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor laws.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health).
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT services or staffing firms
- Strong knowledge of recruiting in ERP (SAP, Workday, Oracle), Salesforce, Coupa, Cloud, AI/Data, and Digital roles
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms
- Proven success in hiring for contract, C2C, and permanent positions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
