What you'll do
- Source and engage passive technical talent using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, etc.)
- Design top-of-the-funnel strategy along with recruiters and hiring managers, serving as the subject matter expert on creative sourcing techniques
- Identify and attract candidates with diverse backgrounds at the top-of-the-funnel
- Move candidates through the recruiting pipeline with speed and transparency
- Effectively pitch candidates on Secureframe through specific, tailored, and creative messaging
- Assist with sending out offers and closing candidates
Who we're looking for
- 1+ years of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination, preferably in a high growth environment
- Exceptional and out of the box sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques (Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Entelo, etc.)
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and build a consistent pipeline within an engineering organization
- Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
