We're a small, engineering-heavy, and experienced team in Berlin and San Francisco (how we work)
We have significant traction (we’re default alive), growing fast, and are looking for technically minded profiles to build out our GoTo Market functions in-person either in San Francisco or Berlin, Germany.
As an early technical GTM hire, you’ll shape Langfuse’s commercial engine end-to-end:
Technical Sales in an inbound-led motion:Help customers adopt and understand Langfuse for their use cases.
Own the full sales cycle: lead prioritization, product-led lead generation, pipeline management, technical POCs, negotiations, and closing deals.
Expand relationships and usage with signed customers by being helpful and bringing in the right resources at the right time.
Build feedback loops between sales, support and product development.
Design and implement supporting processes like lead enrichment, automation, and documentation (public sales materials or demos).
Experiment with pricing, packaging, and sales strategies for both sales-led and product-led motions.
Maintain a rigorous system for tracking leads, engagements, and outcomes.
Understand Langfuse’s architecture and use cases to articulate our value proposition effectively.
Translate customer requirements (technical, compliance, business) into actionable product feedback.
Collaborate with product teams to align the commercial roadmap with customer needs.
Hands-on experience in technical sales or customer success at a SaaS/devtool startup.
Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with LLM/observability tools is a plus.
Great at maintaining and growing long-term relationships, also with technical stakeholders.
You enjoy hanging out with engineers.
Willingness to work in-person ~4 days/week.

Experience in selling in open-source or developer-focused products.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building processes from scratch.
Experience in navigating enterprise POCs with technical leadership as key decision makers.

You’ll join our early core team, working closely with the founders Clemens (COO, sales) and Marc (CEO, product/marketing) and Akio (Founding GTM). Clemens is based in SF and Marc in Berlin, Germany. We prioritize in-office collaboration and the role can be based out of either office.
