About Reunion Marketing

Reunion Marketing is a fast-growing, data-driven digital marketing agency empowering clients to win through strategy, innovation, and relentless execution. We blend strong relationships with measurable performance—and our Client Success Strategists are critical to making that happen.

What This Role Is Really About

Are you a systems thinker who naturally brings structure to complexity? Do you approach technical challenges by designing scalable frameworks instead of applying temporary fixes? Reunion Marketing is seeking a Technical SEO Strategist who combines engineering discipline with strategic thinking.

This role is responsible for building and improving the technical infrastructure that supports search visibility, crawl efficiency, and measurement accuracy across hundreds of client environments. You will not simply identify issues — you will design the systems that solve them at scale.

What You Will Own

Automation & Infrastructure
Design and build Python-based automation for site audits, internal link analysis, and performance monitoring.
Engineer scalable crawl processes to detect redirect chains, crawl waste, and structural inefficiencies.
Develop API integrations that connect SEO platforms to internal dashboards and reporting systems.
Create repeatable schema validation and deployment workflows.

Technical SEO Engineering
Diagnose and resolve crawlability, indexing, rendering, and architecture challenges.
Optimize JavaScript rendering and dynamic content interpretation.
Improve Core Web Vitals and technical site performance.
Establish scalable internal linking and structural standards.

Analytics & Measurement Architecture
Architect GA4 implementations with clear governance standards.
Design and deploy conversion tracking systems across websites, CRMs, and ad platforms.
Build event tracking frameworks that ensure clean attribution and reliable reporting.
Implement QA and monitoring systems to maintain data integrity.

What You Bring

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience using Python for automation, scripting, and data analysis.
Comfort working with large datasets including log files, CSVs, and APIs.
Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and technical SEO principles.
Experience with crawl tools and log file analysis.
Proven ability to design and maintain reliable tracking systems.

Who Thrives in This Role

You think in systems, not tasks.
You design repeatable processes rather than reactive solutions.
You automate anything done more than once.
You prioritize measurable, durable performance improvements.
You are comfortable managing complexity across multiple client ecosystems.

Reunion Marketing operates in a high-accountability environment serving growth-focused clients. In this role, you will have the authority to build frameworks, influence standards, and improve technical performance at scale.
