YOUR MISSION

True Anomaly protects and defends the space domain — because our way of life depends on it. As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll have a direct hand in building the teams that make this possible. You will help shape a high-growth, high-impact organization by hiring the people engineering the future of space security.  

We deliver space superiority so the U.S. can operate freely in orbit, blending hardware and software in a way few companies can. In this role, you will partner with deeply technical leaders, hire exceptional engineering talent, and influence processes that scale. This role partners closely with our talent acquisition team to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to True Anomaly. 

This is a 6-month temp-to-hire opportunity located in our Long Beach, CA office. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs 
  • Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent 
  • Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers 
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes 
  • Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 0-2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience 
  • Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems i.e. Greenhouse) 
  • Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions 
  • Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends 
  • Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow 
  • Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Technical Program Managers, Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets 

COMPENSATION  

  • Base Hourly: $33/hr - $40/hr 

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver or Colorado Springs. While we observe a hybrid work environment, some work must be done on site.
  • Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
  • Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.
