About Us

Array Labs makes the physical world easier to understand. We build the satellites, software, and analytics that help commercial, government, and military users know what is happening across Earth and space.

Traditional satellite sensing is slow, expensive, and hard to use. Array is different. We're developing a coordinated fleet of radar satellites to create dynamic understanding of the Earth at any given moment, in all weather, day and night.

We design and build our satellites end-to-end, from the hardware in orbit to our data processing and analytics software on the ground, so that defense, disaster response, infrastructure, and commercial operators can act with greater speed, confidence, and precision.

About the Job
Array Labs is hiring a Technical Sourcer to build top-of-funnel pipeline for our open technical roles. You'll use sourcing tools to identify highly qualified candidates and partner directly with hiring managers and the TA team to develop and execute sourcing strategy across a range of technical positions.

We are open to full onsite, hybrid or even fully remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and individual contributors to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategy
  • Run personalized, thoughtful outreach campaigns that introduce candidates to Array Labs roles
  • Evaluate candidates for alignment with company mission and values
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive networking, passive-candidate outreach at top organizations, and non-traditional sourcing methods
  • Write job descriptions that translate complex technical requirements into language that resonates with specialized technical candidates
  • Design and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance candidate experience, maximize interview-to-offer ratios, and ensure rigorous, fair evaluations
  • Partner with leadership on hiring plans that align with company growth and technical needs
  • Represent Array Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, JuiceBox, or Gem
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting specialized technical talent in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong grasp of technical concepts, with the ability to screen candidates through resume review and technical conversation
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to recruiting
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaboration

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience recruiting for hardware engineering, specifically in radar, aerospace, electrical, FPGAs, or embedded systems
  • In-house recruiting background at a high-growth technology or aerospace company
  • Knowledge of the geospatial, aerospace, and/or defense industries
  • Track record of building sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Strong familiarity with Lever or other applicant tracking systems
  • History of building strong relationships with both engineering leaders and candidates
  • Understanding of engineering disciplines and ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidates
  • Experience shaping staffing strategy for growth, with a focus on quality of hire, process efficiency, and hiring manager/applicant satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits
Our hiring and compensation strategy is simple: find uncommonly good people and pay them uncommonly well.

We offer high flexibility between salary and equity-based compensation. Final candidates can choose from three compensation mixes: low, medium, or high equity. Equity is a significant component of total compensation, and we aim to provide meaningful ownership for this role.

Full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, commuter benefits, and more.

Interview Process
We will conduct interviews via Google Meet with the potential for an onsite visit; the typical process takes around 3-5 weeks to complete from start to finish.
