Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.

As a Technical Sourcer, you won't just be filling seats; you’ll be the primary architect of the talent pipeline that builds the future of our Product and Engineering teams! We are seeking a Fixed Term Full Time employee for a 6 - 12 month term.

The Mission

At Replit, we don’t look for average engineers; we look for "10x" builders, creators. Your mission is to find the needles in the haystack; engineers who are deeply technical, product-minded, and excited by the challenge of democratizing coding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Pipeline Building: Identify and engage top-tier talent for Software Engineering (Product, Infra, AI/ML), Product Management, and Design. You know how to go narrow on niche roles and create a stacked funnel for evergreen roles.

  • AI Forward: Manage a tech stack of sourcing tools and agents to power the top of the funnel.

  • Creative Outreach: Be AI tool driven. Move beyond standard LinkedIn templates. You will craft highly personalized, technical, and compelling outreach that resonates with the Replit ethos.

  • Deep Research: Map out talent across GitHub, Twitter (X), competitive startups, and niche developer communities to find "undiscovered" talent.

  • Full Lifecycle Partnership: Work closely with Recruiters and Engineering Leads to calibrate profiles and refine the search strategy in real-time.

  • Data-Driven Iteration: Track conversion rates and leverage data to pivot sourcing strategies when a search becomes "stale."

Who You Are
  • Experience: 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or a top-tier tech firm.

  • Technical Fluency: You understand the tech stack in depth, can navigate a GitHub profile, and know why someone would fit our EPD team, company and values.

  • Persistence: You have a "hunter" mentality. You enjoy the challenge of finding the right person for a highly specific, difficult role.

  • Culture Add: You are self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and can move as fast as our engineering team does.

Preferred Tools
  • ATS: Ashby (preferred) or Greenhouse.

  • Sourcing: Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, and Twitter.
