What We Do

At Outsource Access, we help small and growing companies optimize their technology and mitigate serious cyber risks. We don't just troubleshoot technical issues—we make sure business owners feel secure, confident, and supported so they can focus on what they do best.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Mastering the Support Desk: You will tackle and resolve daily technical support tickets, turning frustrating tech roadblocks into seamless, rapid solutions for our clients.

  • Documenting the Journey: By keeping meticulous notes and time entries in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools like Autotask, you ensure the entire team stays informed and workflow utilization hits its daily targets.

  • Driving IT Projects Forward: You won’t just be reacting to tickets; you will actively handle diverse project management and IT support duties that build stronger client infrastructures over time.

  • Being the Calm in the Storm: Through active listening and clear communication, you will reassure clients, expertly advise business leaders, and leave them confident that their technology is in great hands.

Requirements

Is This You?

  • The Ultimate Problem-Solver: You are an agile, flexible thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment. You don't panic when faced with unfamiliar tech—you simply ask the team for help and learn as you go.

  • Service-Oriented Communicator: You are a natural at translating technical jargon into plain language, capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with business owners and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-Obsessed Documenter: You take immense pride in thoroughly documenting the work you do, ensuring every step, training session, and client interaction is accurately logged.

  • Tech-Savvy: You have a solid grasp of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and file/print services. Bonus points if you have experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, VMware/Hyper-V, or Firewalls (SonicWALL/Sophos).

  • Your Home Office: You have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with a highly reliable internet connection, allowing you to provide consistent, high-quality technical assistance without interruptions.

BenefitsWhy You’ll Love Being Part of the OAmazing Team

You’re not just taking a job — you’re stepping into a role where your growth, security, and peace of mind actually matter. Here is the total package we’ve built for you:

  • Your Wellness & Security Health & Wellness — Covered: You get comprehensive HMO coverage with a top provider so you can focus on work without worrying about medical bills.

  • Security for the “What Ifs”: Our Group Life Insurance benefit gives you added protection — because your future (and your family’s) deserves a safety net.

  • Time to Recharge — Guilt-Free: We support your well-being with paid leave credits that allow you to rest, reset, and show up as your best self — at work and at home.

  • Support You Can Count On: We take care of all government-mandated benefits, so everything is handled properly and on time.

Your Financial Rewards

  • Performance Incentives: Bring results — and you’ll see it rewarded. Simple as that.

  • Premium Pay: When you put in the time, we honor it. You receive Overtime Pay for extra miles and Night Differential for supporting the team during late hours.

  • 13th Month Pay: A well-earned bonus to celebrate the results of your year’s effort.
