About this role
The team provides 24x7 support to C-level executives and their executive assistants, handling tasks such as installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading end-user hardware and software. The team is skilled in supporting a wide range of technologies, including PCs, VDIs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, MacBooks, Chromebooks, and home networks. Support is provided in person, by phone, or email, and includes phone/remote support, desk-side support, break/fix, move/add/change, AV support, and more. Other tasks include user outreach, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities:
Configure PC's, Macs, laptops, iPads, iPhones, video solutions, market data services and more.
Deliver real time/white glove support for any and all issues and requests.
Manage home technology solutions for specific executive personnel.
Educate and inform Premier customers on how to utilize new technologies.
Coordinate with TES partner teams on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Coordinate with TES partner teams and exchange best practices and documentation created for Premier customers that can be leveraged by the teams who support the balance of the firm.
Build and maintain a profile for customers on the Premier list with detail that the global premier support team can utilize when supporting these individuals.
Maintain an understanding of the travel patterns of Premier customers to proactively manage their mobile technology requirements.
Assess technology gaps with customers and engage engineering teams to evaluate if additional solutions or tools can be created to close these gaps.
Ideal candidates will:
Have a minimum of 7 years technology support experience
Be proficient in mobile technologies, including VPN solutions
Interface effectively with executive-level staff
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be available for 24x7 and occasional offsite support
