At SimonMed Imaging, the Technologist Assistant plays a key role in delivering a smooth, patient-centered imaging experience. This role supports technologists and clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, assisting with patient flow and mobility, and ensuring patients are safely and respectfully guided through their visit.

Hands-on clinical support ability: You assist with patient positioning, escorting patients, exam preparation, and basic procedural support while following established safety and mobility guidelines.

Attention to detail and room readiness: You ensure exam rooms are cleaned, stocked, and prepared for continuous patient flow in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Adaptability in a physical, fast-moving environment: You remain calm and responsive while supporting patients with varying conditions, mobility needs, and levels of acuity.

Team-oriented approach: You work closely with technologists and clinical staff to maintain efficient workflows and safe patient handling throughout the shift.

What You’ll Gain

Purpose-driven daily work: Every step you take directly improves patient comfort, safety, and flow through the imaging process.

Direct patient impact in a hands-on role: Your work ensures patients are safely supported, comfortable, and cared for throughout their imaging experience.

Active clinical experience: Gain hands-on exposure to imaging workflows in a role that involves frequent movement, patient assistance, and real-time clinical support.

Team-based healthcare environment: Collaborate closely with technologists and clinical staff in a fast-paced setting focused on safe, high-quality patient care.

Skill development in patient handling and safety: Build experience in patient positioning, mobility assistance, room preparation, and clinical support protocols.
