Dynatrace is seeking a Technology Alliance Manager to lead strategic partnerships with top technology innovators such as GitHub, Atlassian, and NVIDIA. This senior leadership role will define and execute the overall business plan, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and joint solutions that drive revenue growth and deliver differentiated value to customers. You will own executive-level partner relationships, set revenue targets, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate joint success.
A critical aspect of this role is close collaboration with Dynatrace’s Product-Led Technology Alliances team to ensure alignment on joint solution development, roadmap integration, and innovation strategies that strengthen our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Develop and own multi-year business plans for assigned technology partners, including revenue goals, joint solutions, and market expansion strategies.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution:
    Define and implement GTM strategies, integrated campaigns, and co-sell motions with partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
    Create and launch joint sales plays aligned to customer needs and Dynatrace’s platform capabilities.
  • Executive Partner Engagement:
    Build and maintain C-level relationships within partner organizations to ensure strategic alignment and collaboration.
  • Solution Innovation & Product Alignment:
    Work closely with the Product-Led Technology Alliances team to align on roadmap priorities, co-innovation opportunities, and joint solution development
  • Revenue Accountability:
    Set and track revenue targets, pipeline metrics, and KPIs for partner-driven initiatives.
  • Team Enablement & Evangelism:
    Educate internal teams on partner solutions and GTM motions; act as a thought leader for strategic alliances.
What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years in technology alliances, business development, or partner leadership roles within enterprise software or cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience managing partnerships with GitHub, Atlassian, NVIDIA, or similar developer and AI ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with partner programs and co-sell motions in enterprise software.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build strategic business plans and execute GTM strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, observability, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.

Compensation and Rewards
  • The base salary range for this role is $128,000- $160,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
  • Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
  • We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
