Riveron is seeking a Director – Technology and Innovation (OneStream) to join our growing Technology and Innovation practice. This role is designed for a senior leader with deep OneStream and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) expertise, strong client delivery experience, and a proven ability to contribute to business development, client expansion, and practice growth.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)

  • 12+ years of OneStream or CPM implementation and optimization experience

  • Multiple full-cycle OneStream implementations completed

  • Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements and corporate finance processes

  • Advanced experience with OneStream Administration, VB.Net / C#, and business rule development

  • Demonstrated success leading project teams and managing senior client stakeholders

  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills

  • OneStream Certifications required

  • Oracle Cloud EPM Experience is a plus

What You'll Do:

  • Lead OneStream implementations and managed services engagements

  • Serve as engagement lead and executive advisor to clients

  • Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support

  • Ensure delivery quality, governance, and milestone completion

  • Define integration requirements with external systems

  • Support sales pursuits, proposals, and client presentations

  • Identify and expand existing client relationships

  • Drive pipeline development for OneStream services

  • Contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market strategy

  • Represent Riveron in client and industry forums

  • Mentor and develop OneStream consultants and managers

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts

  • Establish delivery and technical standards across engagements

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
