Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.
We are currently seeking a Technology Operations Manager to join our East Coast team. This role will support the technology needs for a collection of global studios including DMM, Keywords Community Management and Waste Creative. Responsibilities include systems management, tech support assistance, equipment management, coordinating with global IT teams on policies and procedures and providing strategic thinking for technology and AI solutions.
We are looking for someone who has experience in leveraging technology to support and advance business objectives, is solution oriented and understands the evolving technology landscape and AI.
Your Impact
- Manage and optimize the technology operations for 3 global studios within Keywords Studios
- Create and implement the technical infrastructure to support business needs and proactively solve for issues and bottlenecks in process and systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams on long-term technology processes, requirements and solutions
- Leverage AI and machine learning to build efficient processes across the business and workflows
- Partner with global infosec and privacy teams to ensure compliance with data protection, content security policies and processes
- Acts as administrator for the group’s business systems and creative production tools
- Serve as a thought leader on technology infrastructure, expansion and AI integration
- Provide user support for Mac and PC operating systems and assess equipment needs globally
- Troubleshoot technology related issues across the group
- Act as point of contact for clients regarding content security compliance
- Coordinate and manage services between current vendors and outside contractors
Your Experience
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience including Systems/Tool Implementation, Technology Planning, Tech Support, AI Integrations and Vendor Management
- Deep knowledge of creative production and business tools including Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Frame.io, Adobe, Maxon, ServiceNow, Active Directory, etc.
- Experience in leveraging AI and machine learning to build efficiency across technology workflows
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledgeable of Apple and PC products and machines
- Experience with content security management and compliance
- Excellent time and project management skills
Your Availability
M-F: 9am-5pm EST
