About Sygaldry

Sygaldry Technologies is building quantum-accelerated AI servers to exponentially speed up training and inference for AI. By integrating quantum and AI, we're accelerating the path to superintelligence, and addressing the problem of rising compute costs and energy bottlenecks. Sygaldry AI servers combine multiple qubit types within a single, fault-tolerant architecture to deliver the combination of cost, scale, and speed necessary for advanced AI applications. We pioneer new domains in physics, engineering, and AI, tackling the hardest challenges with a grounded, optimistic, and rigorous culture. We're looking for individuals ready to define the intersection of quantum and AI and drive its profound global impact.

The Role

We’re hiring a Technology Partnerships Manager to play a leading role at the intersection of GTM, Product, and AI. You’ll be pivotal in bringing our technology to market by translating our product benefit to end-users, while deeply understanding what customers actually need and influencing our product direction.

You’ll play a key role in landing new customer engagements and working closely with partners. You will help define and run the programs that move customer relationships forward, articulating the milestones that progress commercial engagements.

In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue back into the company from end-users, and work closely with GTM, Product, and AI. If you think like a founder, are excited by autonomy, and love engaging directly with end-users, this role may be a good fit for you.

What You’ll Work On

You are excited to be at the forefront of shaping how quantum is used to accelerate AI in practice. You’ll identify targets and be in the room from the very beginning for conversations with AI companies and enterprises, including first meetings, deep-dives, and standing working sessions. While you do not need to be an AI expert or have built and trained large models yourself, you do need to be technically experienced, able to understand AI researcher bottlenecks, speak credibly about model architectures, training and inference workloads, evals, and where our algorithms and hardware benefits end users.

You will have deep involvement and leadership in visioning, planning, and execution of critical growth programs. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and each active opportunity will have a program you own to advance the customer relationship, including delivering business and technical proof points. You are key to making cutting-edge deals happen by driving the plan and the credibility behind it, engaging deeply with technical stakeholders, and establishing a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation.

As one of the first hires in this function, what you build will outlast any specific deal. Over your first year you’ll codify how this work happens here, so the function can scale.

You may be a good fit if you:
  • Have 7+ years of experience, including as a founder, technical program manager, AI research, product manager, or equivalent at a technology company.

  • Degree in a technical field of study

  • You’ve interfaced with customers and/or partners to help close deals, led programs with external counterparts, and/or managed multi-stakeholder technical projects over long durations.

  • Have strong AI/ML literacy, ability to read recent papers, lead a technical conversation about training and inference, and reason about evals and benchmarks. Researchers will need to take you seriously fairly quickly as a technical go-to-market stakeholder.

  • You are a translator and communicator and excited by engaging with customers.

How We’re Different

At Sygaldry, curiosity and intellectual courage drive our work. We approach ambitious challenges with a grounded, optimistic, and rigorous culture and know that kind people build the strongest teams. We prioritize mission over ego and collaborate openly with a strong sense of shared purpose. We dream big, yet we execute with a love of detail. We’re looking for scientists, engineers, and operators to forge new paths with us at the intersection of quantum and AI.
