The Customer Success role is part of the Relationship Management team of Aladdin Wealth Tech within the Aladdin Business.  It is responsible for maximizing the value of the Aladdin product through engagement and education, as well as working closely with clients to be their trusted consultant, problem solver, and business partner.  This is a client-facing role and you will be expected to build deep and highly effective partnerships with clients to understand and solve problems. 

 

We are seeking someone to bridge wealth client relationship management with expertise in client industry, financial markets, and the Aladdin Wealth ecosystem to maximize our value proposition and client outcomes 

 

Job Description 

  • Serve as a client facing platform expert driving advisor engagement, adoption, and a high quality user experience 

  • Support deployments from rollout through long-term usage, ensuring advisors and home office teams fully leverage platform capabilities 

  • Lead largescale trainings, webinars, in-person sessions, and targeted 1:1 coaching 

  • Represent Aladdin Wealth at client events and roadshows, engaging advisors and communicating platform value 

  • Partner with BlackRock Sales Teams, Product, Engineering, UX, and Client Delivery to align client needs and inform roadmap priorities 

  • Produce and analyze usage reporting to identify adoption trends and tailor outreach strategies 

  • Support WalkMe digital adoption workflows to deliver scalable, in-app education and improve advisor efficiency 

 

Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of previous work experience in Wealth Management, Financial Markets, Technology or related industries is a must

  • Knowledge of BlackRock products beneficial 

  • High EQ with strong relationship building skills and comfort interacting with both advisors and home office leaders 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for advisors and senior stakeholders 

  • Strong understanding of Financial Advisor workflows and the broader wealth management ecosystem; wire house experience is a plus 

  • Highly organized with strong project management capability; able to coordinate cross functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities 

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or outbound advisor engagement is a plus 

  • Willingness to travel for training, field meetings, and client events 

  • Event planning experience and a commitment to continuous learning are advantageous. 

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$115,000.00 - USD$147,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
