As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within your designated region. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote our portfolio of radiopharmaceutical products. This position requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and a deep understanding of the radiopharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales and Business Development

    • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory goals.
    • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.

Account Management

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product needs promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Product Expertise

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and clinical value of our radiopharmaceutical products.
    • Deliver effective product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.

Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
    • Accurately record all activities and customer information in com.
    • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement.

Compliance and Ethics

    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Stay current with industry regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.

Education and Experience

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
  • Skilled in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals.
  • Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven team player.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.
