Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Location: U.S. (Remote with requirement for significant travel)

Company Overview

ProVerum Inc, is a commercial stage medical device company centered in Minneapolis, and subsidiary of ProVerum Limited, Dublin, Ireland (collectively ‘ProVerum’).  ProVerum has developed the ProVee System for BPH, a novel, minimally invasive device designed to relieve BPH symptoms with similar efficacy to current surgical treatments but with fewer side effects and improved safety profile. Unlike existing interventions that pierce, cut, ablate or damage the prostate, ProVerum's proprietary device gently opens the prostatic urethra, avoiding trauma while maintaining effectiveness and relief of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) secondary to BPH.

Role & Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and be responsible for driving early commercial growth in their respective Territory.  They will execute the company’s go-to-market strategy with key customers to effectively commercialize the ProVerum’s ProVee System for BPH.

Specifically, the Territory Sales Manager will be expected to:

  • Serve as an individual contributor to deliver sales of the ProVee system in their respective Territory

  • Gain facility approval for the ProVee system at various facilities in their Territory

  • Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education, and Clinical Affairs to deliver Physician product training and company messaging to their customers

  • Actively engage with physicians and key urology stakeholders to support adoption and retention

  • Conduct product in-service training for all clinical and facility staff

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals around VAC approvals, cases, revenue and claims

  • Drive pre and post op patient data collection in ProVerum’s Patient Care Management system for all ProVee patients

Professional Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building sales territories in Urology med device

  • 10+ years of Medical Device sales experience

  • 5+ years Urology sales experience (BPH experience strongly preferred)

  • Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Highly motivated and target driven mentality

  • Demonstrated experience and success scaling sales in a defined territory

  • Experience launching new and disruptive technologies in the Urology Medtech space

  • Experience working cross-functionally with market access, marketing, and clinical organizations

  • Prioritizing time management and organizational skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in driving and delivering on company objectives
