Our client is looking for a Senior Testing/QA Specialist. They operate in the advanced AI and software innovation space, where they have significantly expanded their platform capabilities and released impactful technology solutions over the past few years.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring strong coverage across products and features.

  • Develop and maintain testing architecture, frameworks, and processes tailored to a modern development stack.

  • Build and execute test plans, test cases, and automated or manual test suites as needed.

  • Partner closely with developers to identify gaps, improve reliability, and drive quality throughout the software lifecycle.

  • Ensure consistent documentation of testing outcomes, defects, and performance metrics.

  • Work in an agile, fast-moving startup environment that values creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Champion best practices in quality assurance, including code-level testing when applicable.



Requirements
  • Extensive experience in test strategy, planning, and quality processes for modern development stacks.

  • Proven ability to design test architectures from scratch or optimize existing ones.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, modern testing tools, and validation techniques.

  • Ability to collaborate closely with developers across the full SDLC.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks and solutions.

  • Experience working with agile methodologies and high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.

Qualifications
  • Senior-level background in software testing and quality assurance.

  • Experience building structured testing programs for complex platforms or applications.

  • Familiarity with tools such as GitHub and modern AI-enhanced environments.

  • Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative solutions to testing challenges.

  • Strong communication skills, independence, and the ability to self-manage with low supervision.
