We are looking for a dedicated Tier I MSP Engineer to join our team, providing assistance to our clients and ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be the face of SWK Technologies to our clients, delivering top-tier technical support and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations and upgrades, and assisting clients with any technical queries they may have. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, and your expertise will help to foster long-lasting relationships with our clients. If you are a technically skilled individual who enjoys working directly with customers and resolving technical challenges, we would love to hear from you.

This role is a range of $50,000-60,000 annually.


Requirements

Join our diverse and dynamic team to

    • Provide technical assistance with regards to computer hardware and software issues
    • Provide on-site support as needed
    • Resolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or email
    • Track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
    • Update and maintain client information or documentation in our systems

Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in IT
    • Previous Call center experience required
    • Managed Service provider experience preferred
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
