  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, meme culture, and educational content formats

  • Creative eye for pacing, visuals, and storytelling in under 60 seconds

  • Passion for youth entrepreneurship, education, or media is a big plus

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills

  • MUST be based in the US.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required):

  • Experience with graphic design or motion graphics

  • Background in education, youth media, or podcasting

  • Familiarity with content strategy, analytics, or social media marketing

Benefits: Advanced Google Workspace and Canva features, the flexibility of working remotely, coaching/Q&A sessions with industry experts, resume coaching and guidance, public recognition of outstanding work on our social platforms, internal networking, and more!

Time Commitment: at least 5 hours a week for at least 6 months.

  • Included in this time estimate: the weekly team 1-1 meeting, time for text/email communication, time spent working on a project. Volunteers can take on more tasks and spend more time if they desire.

  • We have a 24 hour message acknowledgement (thumbs up) and 48 hour message response policy to ensure smooth workflow for all of our team members.

  • Volunteers can take time off as needed for exams, work, family etc. We only request that such requests are communicated ASAP to allow teams to plan.

Notes:

  • Although we are all volunteers, we work like a start-up, and seek individuals who are strong communicators and bring energy to the table.

  • As we train each volunteer heavily, we request that you do not apply unless you are certain about your ability to commit to the organization.
