Reporting to: Head of People

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $150K-$160k + Equity

With our anticipated growth, we’re searching for a passionate Total Rewards & Talent Programs Leader to join and grow with our team.

 
 
Position Overview

The Total Rewards & Talent Programs Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the company's total rewards and talent management strategies across both field and corporate populations. This role owns the end-to-end employee value proposition, ensuring compensation, benefits, career growth, performance, and talent development programs are aligned to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

The ideal candidate will create a balanced rewards philosophy that combines competitive compensation and bonus programs with long-term growth opportunities while driving employee engagement, performance, and organizational success.

 
 
Key ResponsibilitiesTotal Rewards
  • Own the strategy, design, and administration of compensation, benefits, salary structures, and incentive programs.

  • Lead market benchmarking, annual compensation planning, and pay governance.

  • Ensure rewards programs support attraction, retention, and performance goals.

Talent & Performance
  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and promotion processes.

  • Design scalable career frameworks and development programs for field and corporate employees.

  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and talent development strategies.

Employee Growth & Experience
  • Create an integrated employee experience that aligns rewards, performance, and career growth.

  • Drive programs that strengthen engagement, retention, and organizational performance.

Analytics & Leadership
  • Measure program effectiveness through workforce and compensation analytics.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on talent and rewards investments.

  • Partner cross-functionally to build scalable programs that support company growth.

 
 
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards and Talent Programs in a fast pace startup environment.

  • Experience designing and building compensation structures, incentive programs, and career frameworks for high volume hourly employee populations.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and workforce planning.

  • Experience partnering with executive leaders on talent and organizational strategies.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting both hourly field operations and corporate employee populations.

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, technology, marketplace, or high-growth environments.

  • CCP, GRP, or related compensation certifications.

  • Experience with building compensation planning and talent management systems
