This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates residing in East and South-East Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage an Asia-based portfolio of TPP suppliers, ensuring strong competitiveness and sustainable performance of hotel inventory.
  • Analyze supplier performance using key business and operational metrics, identify root causes of underperformance, and define improvement actions.
  • Negotiate and improve commercial and payment terms in line with business priorities.
  • Oversee API feed integrations and configurations, acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Drive resolution of supplier-related operational challenges through close collaboration with Technical, Product, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
  • Contribute to internal cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment on supplier-related goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Prioritize suppliers and initiatives based on business impact, proactively managing low-performing or low-yield partners.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience. Ideally, 2+ years of experience in supplier management, account management, partnerships or a similar role within travel or hospitality.
  • Supplier & commercial skills. Experience managing external partners, negotiating commercial terms and driving supplier performance.
  • Analytical mindset. Comfortable working with business and operational metrics, identifying root causes and turning data into actionable improvements.
  • Technical understanding. Familiarity with API integrations and the ability to understand and resolve complex technical issues together with relevant teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Confident working with Technical, Product, Finance, Customer Support and other teams to drive issues and initiatives to resolution.
  • Ownership & prioritisation. Proactive, structured and comfortable managing multiple suppliers and initiatives, prioritising based on business impact.
  • International mindset. Ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders across different markets and cultural contexts.
