Job Summary:

TA Trainers must have a passion for health & wellness and for helping others achieve optimum results and total mind/body connection through a strategic movement practice!   Must be highly motivated & skilled in dance & fitness.  TA Trainers perform & instruct in a variety of lanes; including but not limited to:  group class instruction, private sessions, filmed performances, virtual training sessions, leading customized workouts, consulting with clients on movement support and goals, client coaching & Prescription team programming, content transcription, acting as a brand ambassador, promoting TA services and products.  

The TA Trainer’s job is physically demanding and requires a commitment to maintaining peak physical conditioning as well as providing superior client service.  TA trainers must display a growth mindset and deliver the content and movement sequences with integrity and accuracy to provide the highest level of results and service to our clients globally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Physically performs multiple hours of high intensity workouts a day in a heated environment.  

· Leads group classes and private sessions with full performance of the content.

· Manages the custom floor (heated environment) while teaching & guiding multiple clients at a time through their individualized workouts

· Responsible for a large amount of content preparation: includes learning all individual client programs, custom floor programs, and private training programs.

· Responsible for learning all weekly class content and a library of over 50 existing cardio dances, as well as any new choreography released.

· Performs all physical aspects of the job including, but not limited to, muscular mat programs, resistance band classes, high & low impact dance cardio classes, and all apparatus programs & classes (My Mode, box, barre, pro staff, weights, bands, growth rings, HeartStone weighted energy trainers)

· Responsible for learning & performing additional filmed or live broadcast workouts, being camera ready, acting as a brand representative, & instructing via live stream for Tracy Anderson Online Studio.

· Ability to safely & effectively modify exercises on the spot and within the TA philosophy.

· Travel if needed to support additional studio locations, clients in offsite locations, travel training, specialty events, pop-ups and intensives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Must have experience & background in dance and fitness performance & instruction. . 5+ years preferred.  BA preferred. 

· Must be physically fit & capable of performing multiple hours of high intensity workouts a day in a heated room environment.  Must complete the full 3-6 month TA Training Program.

· Works exclusively for TA in the fitness industry.

· Must be available to work early mornings & weekends with part time & full time positions available.

· Must provide availability that meets the necessary staffing and scheduling requirements.  

· Must know how to balance & deliver high level client service and  top physical execution in an upscale environment that includes high profile and VIP clientele.

· Must be positive, flexible, have a growth mindset, and be able to adapt quickly to changing schedules in a fast paced environment!

· CPR/AED certification required (or ability to get certified)
