We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the buyer and seller transactions from the executed purchase agreement to closing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple real estate transactions, maintaining communication with clients, agents, and other professionals, and ensuring smooth and timely closings.


Wisconsin-Specific TC Experience Includes:
  • Proficient with Wisconsin WB Forms
    (e.g., WB-1 Listing Contract, WB-11 Offer to Purchase, Amendments, Addenda)
  • Familiar with DSPS Rules
    (WI Department of Safety and Professional Services real estate regulations)
  • Understands WI Disclosure Requirements
    (Real Estate Condition Report, Lead-Based Paint Disclosure, etc.)
  • Coordinates with Local Title Companies
    (Handles title ordering, lien checks, payoff requests, closing schedules)
  • Navigates Unique WI Timelines
    (Inspection, financing, appraisal, and contingency deadlines common in WI)
  • Aware of Attorney Role (Optional State)
    (Knows when and how attorneys may be involved)
  • Works with Local MLS & Market Center Compliance
    (Processes files per brokerage and MLS-specific standards)



Requirements
  • Transaction Coordination experience specific to Wisconsin real estate.
  • Proficient with MLS systems and document management tools.
  • Keller Williams experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
