Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Transaction Services Specialist will report to the Transaction Services Manager in the R&C Operations Department. This role is responsible for processing transactions relating to the purchase and sales of alternative investments and futures. This will require contact with both clients and fund sponsors in completing investment transactions and is instrumental in building and maintaining credibility and confidence in Inspira. This person will act closely with other departments, including the Alternative Sales Group and Client Service Groups to resolve client requests and other inquiries.
• Execute the placement of transactions for futures and alternative assets• Primary contact person for clients and investment sponsors as needed to complete transactions• Supports and guides clients through the investment process consistent with IRS rules and regulations• Responds to client or sponsor inquiries on how to make an investment and/or the status of transactions in progress• Assists clients as needed with regards to IRA requirements and Internal Revenue Service Code including prohibited transactions and complex investment scenarios• Serves as a backup Real Estate Specialist• Other duties as assigned
Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. CT to 5 p.m. CT.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
Skills & Abilities:• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve issues and multi-task while handling client requests• Excellent organizational skills• Strong computer aptitude with proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word• Strong working knowledge of investment transactions and/or experience with processing cash movements• Strong initiative and willingness to seek out additional work and/or responsibilities• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to maintain the highest quality of customer service• Demonstrate the ability to proactively analyze, problem-solve, and make quick sound decisions• Ability to work well with others• IRA knowledge and experience with alternative investments preferred

$21.00/hr-$25.00/hr ($43,680/yr-$52,000/yr)
