Role Mission

Koronet grows when our customers succeed in buying, selling, and operating. Your job is to build the systems and intelligence that identify where we can add value, what blocks that growth, and how to scale our impact.

You will work as a solo operator, not a passive analyst. You will build dashboards, decision-making tools that empower teams to act faster and smarter and execute scalable campaigns. You are responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights and driving real business outcomes at scale.

How we work

We’re one team with one goal: delivering actual value. We share what we learn from customers, help our colleagues succeed, and focus on outcomes, not just checking boxes like 'completed call' or 'closed ticket.'

Transactions at Koronet

Transactions connect how our customers actually work with what our platform can do. We sit between customer feedback and product development, turning what we see in the field into real product improvements. We don't just 'do tasks'—we look for ways to solve problems and use what we learn to make the whole platform better for everyone.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and tools for Transactions, Success, Product, and leadership.
  • Turn business questions into reliable decision systems: define the problem, find the evidence, and measure the result.
  • Connect data from calls, feedback, email, and market research to understand how customers buy, list, and sell.
  • Spot patterns across customers to identify where Koronet can add value—whether through better processes, product changes, or new integrations.
  • Drive the marketplace growth model by helping customers improve their sourcing, catalog reliability, and digital sales.
  • Create feedback loops to track if campaigns and product changes actually drive adoption, transaction volume, or efficiency.
  • Design, launch, and execute campaigns to expand and make buying and selling digitally in our  ecosystem easier.
  • Track impact on and ensure data quality by investigating inconsistencies rather than guessing.
  • Turn customer insights into clear evidence for other teams to use.
  • Identify and fix internal bottlenecks with automation and better workflows.

How you will use tools:

You will be a solo operator using automation, data analysis, and research tools to move faster.

  • Define the problem, inputs, and goals clearly.
  • Use research and prototyping to build better workflows.
  • Measure results against real customer outcomes.
  • Know when to use automation and when to rely on human judgment or customer context.

Success Criteria:

  • You drive business results at scale through your campaigns and indirectly enabling teams
  • Customer-facing teams have stronger context to drive customer behavior.
  • Product receives clear, prioritized evidence of customer problems and their impact.
  • Insights compound over time into better enablement and product decisions.
  • Your dashboards are trusted because they are accurate and useful, not because they are complex.
  • You accelerate other teams without becoming a bottleneck.

A few things this role isn't!

  • A passive reporting or dashboard-making role.
  • A product manager making roadmap promises.
  • The final decision-maker on strategy.
  • An AI developer hired only to build agents.

What do we expect from you

  • Strong analytical judgment and commercial curiosity.
  • Able to solve ambiguous problems using data, spreadsheets, SQL, or code.
  • Comfortable working across structured and unstructured data.
  • Excellent communication skills; you can turn complex data into useful narratives for other teams.
  • Interest in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, and operational systems.
  • Humble, rigorous, and team-first: you surface uncertainty and improve the system rather than defending your first guess.
  • Fluent in English (must).
  • Experience in the floriculture industry will be considered a strong plus.

What We Offer:

  • An independent, flexible, and versatile role within a fast-growing international organization.
  • Flexible / Remote working environment.
  • We encourage continuous learning and professional growth.

Why Join Koronet:

  • Global and Remote-First: Work with a diverse team across the Americas and Europe, with flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Ownership Culture: We foster an environment where each team member takes ownership and is empowered to contribute to the company's success.
  • Growth & Development: We support continuous professional growth and offer financial assistance for technical certifications and other learning opportunities.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and an indefinite contract, with salary negotiable based on experience.

If you're passionate about making an impact and growing with a dynamic, remote-first company, we want to hear from you!
