As a Transfers-Out/Distributions Specialist, you will be communicating with Investors, by assisting with Transfers-Out, Distribution (Cash & In-kind) and Roth Conversion transactions, which can consist of questions, issues, creating letters and problem resolutions. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication (written and verbal).
Location: This role requires 2-3 days a week in office in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send out re-registration letters for In-Kind distribution/ transfer and Roth Conversion requests
- Communicate with other departments as needed
- Research issues relating to clients’ account/requests
- Process cash distribution & Transfer requests in PDS system
- Review and Assign tickets from Zendesk folders
- Assist with daily quality control (QC) of transactions processed by team members
- Provide excellent communication to address clients’/sponsors & other IRA custodians questions and concerns on a timely basis.
- Assist with internal projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in financial services or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of IRAs preferred
For residents of San Francisco, CA hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $25.00/hr + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors.
