We are seeking an Treasury Analyst, Cash Management & Operations, to continue scaling our global treasury program. In this role, you will help optimize our global cash management operations. This individual will be responsible for managing daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, bank account management and treasury compliance, while also playing a key role optimizing the treasury technology solutions. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Treasury Cash Management & Operations.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Support global treasury operations, including cash positioning and payments, bank account management, inter-company, and banking administration
- Partner with various departments to gather information on cash flows, pending transactions, and upcoming financial needs
- Collaborate with the broader treasury on the implementation and utilization of treasury management system and other technology tools to automate and streamline processes
- Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into cash positions, liquidity, and treasury metrics
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards (SOX Controls)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Finance and Tax, to align Treasury activities with broader financial objectives
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in treasury management
- Knowledge of global banking and payments, bank portal administration, compliance, and SOX controls
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external bank partners

- Global treasury experience with multinational companies
- Experience with treasury management systems and related applications
- Understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- Experience working in or supporting fintech and business operations in a high-growth environment

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
