About Brale

Brale is the infrastructure layer that helps clients launch, manage, and use stablecoins in everyday applications. We support payments, embedded finance, and financial institutions running compliant stablecoin programs. We’ve built the trusted foundation for how businesses move, store, and use stablecoins at scale, and now we’re scaling it.

The Opportunity

Brale’s treasury analyst will focus on the reserve management behind stablecoin issuance and redemptions at the infrastructure layer for our cleints. As our Treasury Analyst, you'll own the day-to-day mechanics of how funds move: reserve positioning, wallet funding, wire execution, and rebalancing across banking and on-chain providers. This is a foundational hire at a company where treasury ops is core to the product, not a back-office function.

Your Mission
  • Own daily reserve management monitor positions, ensure adequate coverage across fiat and on-chain providers, and resolve anomalies before they become problems

  • Execute and oversee wire transfers, ACH settlements, and wallet funding across Brale's banking and custodial relationships

  • Build and maintain treasury rebalancing workflows that keep funds appropriately distributed across rails, partners, and reserve accounts

  • Optimize for returns associated with reserves across the Brale portfolio optimizing for performance that benefits our clients.

  • Develop operational controls, reconciliation processes, and documentation that scale with transaction volume

  • Partner with finance, compliance, and engineering to improve the reliability and auditability of treasury processes

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
  • Zero payment, deposit failures, funding gaps attributable to operational error

  • Rebalancing workflows documented and systematized, reducing manual decision-making

  • Daily reserve monitoring process owned end-to-end with clear escalation paths defined

  • Successfully tested dual controls with support rotation supporting new workflows

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in treasury operations, cash management, or payments ops at a bank, fintech, or financial infrastructure

  • Hands-on experience executing wires, managing bank portals, and reconciling multi-account positions

  • High operational precision, you catch discrepancies, document your work, and close loops without being asked

  • Comfort working across banking and emerging payment rails; familiarity with stablecoins or digital asset custody is a plus

  • Bonus: experience at an early-stage or scaling fintech where you've had the opportunity to partner on consistent system and process performance improvements

Ways of Working
  • Collaboration: You'll work closely with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering. This role sits at the intersection of ops and product, and you'll regularly surface issues that require cross-functional coordination

  • Communication: Async-first with strong written documentation norms; you're expected to own your operational area and communicate proactively

  • Tools: Banking portals, custodial dashboards, internal tooling; comfort with Notion and spreadsheets for process documentation. Ability to learn and leverage new tools.

Why Brale
  • Treasury ops is mission-critical here - you're not just supporting the business, you're part of the infrastructure

  • Fully remote with a small, technical team where your work is visible and your judgment is trusted

  • Opportunity to scale the treasury function by making it more robust and systematic as Brale grows.
